FAQ

It can be produced in any size between 4 mm and 12 mm.

Yes. Galvanized coated wire can be welded using multi-stage Meshweld welding technology.

The width can be adjusted between 1000 mm and 2500 mm. The length can be adjusted between 2500 mm and 6000 mm.

Line wire distance can be adjusted as 75-100-150-200-250 mm.

The distance between the cross wires can be adjusted from the control panel with 1 mm intervals starting from 50 mm. The ranges can be adjusted to differ. If desired, it can be left blank.

The turning unit is a fully automatic machine that automatically stacks the wire mesh in a straight and reverse way. As the package height decreases with the stacking done in this way, transportation costs decrease.

The line wires fed to the machine by hand are driven only 25 cm by the operator. The machine automatically carries the fed length bars to the welding point. When the semi-automatic pre-feeding unit is not used, the operator will have to drive the wires of about 5 meters to the welding point by hand, and the production efficiency of the machine decreases over time.

Yes. In order to produce wire mesh, there is a need for a straightening-cutting machine that adjusts the diameters and lengths of the line and cross wires. In addition, compressor and chiller units are required for the machine to operate.

The machine with automatic turning unit is 31 meters long if its not choosen the lenght drops to 17m.

A single production line requires 1000-1500 square meters of space, including stock areas.

We use the products of global brands such as Siemens, Sew Eurodrive, SMC, Phoenix Contact in our machine.
